When darkness comes early

Last week we had the pleasure of speaking to a journalism class at a local middle school. We were tasked with inspiring and guiding them through their first podcast episode. We were surprised to hear that their first episode was all about mental health in middle schoolers. We left feeling compelled to help them spread their message and remove some of the stigma from mental health.
